I noticed that the last entry was listed as sent at 9:11 a.m. In fact I published it at 5:26 p.m. If anyone can tell me how to set the blog clock I will be grateful.

I don't know why your blog clock's wrong. Maybe your computer clock's wrong, though I doubt that. Try looking on menus for helps etc.
